but still 256 memory, consoles dont work like computers, there made for gaming alone really, fps is all that counts

Well, since the PS3 (just like the PS2) is linux based, it should be technically possible, but I wonder if Apple is up for it? :)

“Lite”? It’s a Cell processor - droolingly fast. Lite won’t be necessary. Nothing less than full speed ahead will do!! I’d buy a PS3 if it ran a full-blown OSX - and as a rule I stay away from Sony. Stellar hardware with waaay too many proprietary interfaces for my taste…

I hope this will be true! I hope that Apple will programm a “Light” edition of Mac OsX for the PS3. But, as we say: “Qui vivra verra” ;0)
